Speech Abstract

This hard hitting speech addresses the subject of the suspected Junior Sniper, John Malvo, and whether he should be eligible for the death penalty.  The speech touches on the mitigating circumstances of his background, but argues strongly that he does carry  responsibility for his actions.  The question posed is, should this level of responsibility warrant the a death penalty or long term incarceration?  (As with all Speechforyou.com persuasive speeches the arguments and ideas put forward are not necessarily those of the company and are only made available for debating and academic public speaking purposes.)
